Services
We offer an array of high-quality services in order to provide the complete care that you deserve.

1
Individual Counseling
For ages 5+, we have a counselor who can work one-on-one with you or your family member on whatever goals you may have. While all of our counselors work with individuals, different counselors specialize in working with different age groups. Please see our Clinicians page or Contact Us to learn more about who would be the best fit for you.
2
Couples Counseling
Several of our counselors specialize in evidence-based treatment for couples, including Gottman, EFT, and Prepare Enrich. Some of our work with couples includes co-parenting concerns, stress, and infidelity.
3
Family Counseling
We have counselors who help families work through stressful situations such as abuse, divorce, ineffective communication and problem-solving patterns, and more.
4
Therapy Groups
We offer several groups covering different topics such as grief, trauma, and kids' introductions to emotional regulation. If you don't see any open groups on our website or Instagram, Contact Us with requests!
